Soper’s Supply Ltd . requires a return goods authorization (RGA) number for all returns, which will be provided from Customer Service Representative. Please make sure to label your return clearly with the number provided. The Soper’s Supply Ltd reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

A restocking fee will apply to all returned goods. Returned goods that are damaged, modified, or altered in any way may be in invalid for credit . Returns for discontinued merchandise are not permitted and will be refused.

Return numbers (RGA) are only valid for 15 days after issue.

How long until my account is credited or a refund is issued?
Please allow at least 10-15 business days for this process to complete. The return may have to be tested and verified by an authorized testing centre before a credit will be issued.
